Tucked onto the rugged shoreline, located around 50 miles north of Bodrum, the main attraction of this impeccable hotel comes quite simply in the lack of distractions from the outside world.

Once settled into the comforts of Six Senses Kaplankaya, get to grips with its true calling: aligning guests with a state of wellbeing and complete relaxation. The hugely advanced spa complex is fitted with facilities varying from a massage parlour and indoor pool, to irresistible hammams and a hydrotherapy pool, with experts in meditation, nutrition and fitness on hand to help you on your wellness journey.

Six Senses Kaplankaya has yet more strings to its bow, including activities and excursions that range from watersports to cultural day trips. Venture two hours north of the hotel to discover the charming town of Sirince, a delightful display of traditional Turkish living, and head on to explore the iconic ancient city of Ephesus, once home to the Temple of Artemis and still home to the popular Mausoleum at Halicarnassus.

There are 141 rooms at the Six Senses Kaplankaya, 75 of which are ocean-facing spaces of varying size and opulence found in the main building, while a further collection of 66 Ridge Villas are available. All equipped with en suite bathrooms, televisions and spectacular views, expect a contemporary design and light-filled interior in keeping with the resort’s distinctive style. Of the six suites available, the Kaplankaya Suite is the most decadent, featuring a private pool, palatial bed and open-plan dining-lounge area. The villas come kitted out with kitchen and dining rooms, with the larger two encompassing a garden and swimming pool, adding the extra element of complete privacy, perfect for families or large groups wishing to truly escape it all.
