The Selous Game Reserve is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that measures over 55,000 square kilometres, with over 400 animal species and another 400 species of bird, of which 350 are water fowl. Half of Tanzania’s elephant population is found in this reserve as well as the largest population of buffalo and a healthy wild dog population.
The Selous Serena Camp has 12 tents, each en suite with four poster beds and spacious decks.
Activities here include morning and evening game drives, day trips to the hot springs, nature walks, boat cruises, fishing and bird watching excursions.
