Nevaeh Villa Anguilla

As soon as you step through the antique Balinese temple doors of this luxury beachfront villa you will feel as though you have arrived in paradise on earth… and you won’t be far wrong, since Neaveh is Heaven spelt backwards.

Nevaeh faces north and is set on Anguilla’s Long Bay with half a mile of pristine powder soft sandy beach and panoramic ocean views. The villa comprises nine chic and stylishly appointed bedrooms, spread between the Main House, Guest House and Cabana. Nevaeh can accommodate up to 20 guests, or can be rented with as few as five bedrooms. Each bedroom features air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, an iPad, Sonos surround sound system and private bathroom with showers and soaking tubs.

The Main House sits at the front of the property, overlooking the villa pool, beach and ocean. Enter the Main House through the Balinese doors onto a Japanese courtyard with views across the great room and Caribbean Sea beyond. You will find five of the nine bedrooms in the Main House. There are three Master King rooms, each with ocean views, one with a private plunge and two with outdoor showers. The remaining two King Guest Rooms offer courtyard views and private walled gardens with outdoor showers.

Entertaining areas in the Main House include the great room with fully retractable doors allowing indoor/outdoor living. The adjoining air-conditioned media lounge features a 70” TV, complimentary Netflix access, Blu-ray player and an Xbox console. The gourmet eat-in kitchen features multiple refrigerators, a wine cooler, Pro Range stove and granite-topped bar suitable for dining for six people.

The Guest House is located closest to the entrance of the property and features One King Master Bedroom, Two Double Queen Guestrooms as well as its own kitchen and living room. The Cabana is positioned between the Main House and Guest House; this free-standing pine wood bedroom features a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and a wooden deck that wraps around two sides of the cabana.

The main focal point of Nevaeh is the inviting aqua-blue tiled swimming pool with sloped entry, splash area and its own plunge pool. Spend your days lazing by the pool on one of the comfy sun loungers or wander down the gently sloping garden to the beach loungers and umbrellas that are set up directly in front of the villa on the sand. Here the villa staff will serve cool drinks or assist with watersports activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, sea scootering, snorkelling and more.

There are a whole host of other amenities at Nevaeh such as a tennis and basketball court, gym, two barbecue grills, a beachfront sunset deck, a firepit and a movie theatre with a 120” HD screen with surround sound system.

The most important element of an outstanding villa holiday is the staff, and at Nevaeh the villa team offer a genuinely caring and attentive service. The team can arrange anything from candlelit dinners on the beach and reinvigorating private yoga sessions to recommending the top on-island dining spots and arranging excursions on and off island. The villa can be booked with or without a full-time chef.

Guests have access to two six-seater golf carts and a four-seater UTV, which are licenced for road use so that you can explore the nearby village, local restaurants and visit other beaches nearby.
