Head to the resort's 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Jim Fazio, climbs from sea level to a dramatic 840ft, at the rim of an extinct volcano. The 13th hole is 590 feet up - the island's second-highest point, after Mount Royal. Golf doesn't get more beautiful.
