The Taj Hotel Cape Town combines rich history with contemporary architecture. The hotel is ideally situated in the historic centre of Cape Town and the perfect location for those that wish to explore the city museums, galleries and dine locally in the trendy Long Street area.
Fly to George, from where you transfer to the luxurious retreat of Kurland, in Plettenberg Bay. Located to spectacular wild beaches, Tsitsikamma National Park and from where you can visit the Elephant Sanctaury, delightful Monkeyland and Birds of Eden or during winter you can experience a whale watching encounter or in the summer months look out for dolphins and visit the Robberg Seal Colony.
You will be transferred by road, taking the beautiful Garden Route to the Eastern Cape for your Big Five Safari. Enjoy three nights under canvas in your luxury tented lodge, Shamwari Bayethe Lodge, from where you will be taken on two game drives per day to explore the African bush learning more about Africa's flora and fauna in the hope of finding the Big Five, lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo.
