Itinerary

Depart the UK and fly to beautiful Barbados. Take a private transfer to Hilton Barbados for your three-night, pre-cruise stay. Situated on the island’s south coast, this property offers direct access to two white-sand beaches. Relax in spacious rooms and savour the stunning views of the Caribbean.
Today, explore Barbados’ captivating capital city of Bridgetown. Renowned for its colonial architecture, historic harbour and tropical beaches, walk around the city’s lively backstreets to sample spicy delights and barbecued meats from street food vendors. When you’re finished sightseeing, head to the port to board the majestic Silver Dawn.
Step off the luxurious cruise ship and onto the island of Martinique – the largest of the Windward Islands. Its blended culture of French and creole is evident in its cuisine, architecture and language. Journey further into the island’s interior to discover acres of pineapple and sugarcane-growing fields, as well as sprawling banana plantations.
Enjoy a full day at sea aboard Silver Dawn. Stay on top of your wellness routine at the Fitness Centre or feel rejuvenated with a visit to the tranquil Otium Spa. Cool off in the open-air swimming pool and admire the glistening Caribbean Sea from the Observation Library. In the evening, dine on fine French cuisine at La Dame, before hitting the casino!
Dotted with colourful buildings, the Dutch colonial island of Bonaire is a fantastic place to pick up some souvenirs from your travels. Browse the many boutiques along the shopping street of Kaya Grandi or embark on an off-road excursion to Lac Bay National Park to spot flamingos wading through dense mangroves.
Aruba is one of the sunniest islands in the whole of the Caribbean; soak up the fantastic weather on one of its many platinum-sand beaches and take a dip in its crystal-clear shallows. Below the surface of water, immerse yourself in an underwater universe of colourful corals and lively marine animals on an Atlantis Submarine Expedition.
Perfectly picturesque, sail into the harbour at Willemstad and be greeted by the brightly coloured buildings that sit along its waterfront. Famous for its technicolour UNESCEO World Heritage Site city centre, join a ‘Capital Highlights by Electric Bike’ guided tour to uncover the sights and sounds of Curacao in an eco-friendly way.
Savour another glorious day at sea onboard this luxurious vessel. Spend an afternoon at the S.A.L.T Lab – an interactive space where guests learn about the local culinary heritage of the destinations they visit. As the sun sets over the horizon, sip on classic cocktails at the Arts Café or head to the Venetian Lounge to watch live music acts.
Listen out for the sound of steel pans as you dock into the Port of Spain – Trinidad and Tobago’s capital. Go sightseeing along Brian Lara Promenade in honour of Trinidad’s famous batsman or stroll around the botanical gardens of Queen’s Park Savannah. Round-off the afternoon with a guided tour and rum-tasting session at a local distillery.
Otherwise known as the ‘Isle of Spice’, Grenada is a treasure trove of lush rainforest, idyllic ivory-sand beaches, and cascading waterfalls. Set off on a hiking expedition up to Bamboo Falls, passing through a private plantation of cocoa, nutmeg, and banana trees. Alternatively, discover Grenada’s historic properties, including St George’s Tower Estate.
Bequia is the Caribbean at its finest. This less-travelled island is a bevy of virgin beaches, authentic rum shacks and bright turquoise harbours. Take a scenic driving tour through the picturesque town of Port Elizabeth, travel up to the top of Mount Pleasant and learn all about endangered Hawksbill turtles at the Old Hegg Turtle Sanctuary.
Be sure to take in St Lucia’s iconic Pitons from the open deck as you dock in Castries. Famous for its cinematic landscapes, St Lucia is the ideal place to immerse yourself in nature. Glide through the canopy of the rainforest on an ‘Aerial Tram Adventure’ or take advantage of the excellent snorkelling opportunities on the west coast via catamaran.
Disembark Silver Dawn in Bridgetown, Barbados. Spend a day at leisure before transferring to the airport for your flight home.
